After working in the luxury automotive industry for clients like Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Rolls Royce, and Bugatti, Altha Founder and Chief Healing Officer, Letizia Silvestri, is no stranger to burnout. While working in this extremely fast-paced industry for nearly 20 years, she discovered the necessity of developing stress-relieving habits. As most professionals working in a corporate environment know, the feeling of being overworked and fatigued is not uncommon. As Letizia was led to sound healing through attempting to manage the physical and mental side effects of working in an especially demanding field, helping both supervisors and employees manage their stress and anxiety levels is a deep passion of hers.

We recently got the opportunity to host a Hypno-Sound Bath for the leader in software for AI-driven lending, Zest AI. Our goal was to not only provide an afternoon of relaxation and well-deserved tranquility to each team member, but also to help them become the most confident and productive versions of themselves.

As Zest AI understands that employee health and happiness play a direct role in company success, they blocked off an entire Monday afternoon to treat their employees to a proper break and gave them the opportunity to recharge. On one of the top floors of The Tower building in Burbank, overlooking the sprawling Hollywood Hills, the modern Zest AI office was transformed into a zen healing space. Matching mats, meditation pillows, and blankets provided an inviting and welcoming environment as the calming scent of lavender and sage filled the air. As the Zest AI team began to stand up from their desks and make their way over to the healing sanctuary (a transformed office cafeteria), looks of awe and a wave of tranquility were visible on the faces of the Zest AI team.

As with all Altha Hypno-Sound Baths, the session began with an introduction to both sound healing and hypnosis, followed by an incredibly transformative hypnotherapy session led by our own board-certified hypnotherapist Brice Le Roux. This particular session was created specifically for Zest AI to help employees cultivate greater self-esteem at work, recognize their innate power, increase their confidence, and focus on their unique strengths and gifts.

While the singing bowls were played softly during the hypnosis session, the rest of the multisensorial sound bath included a wide variety of powerful instruments such as hand drums, gongs, chimes, ocean drums, ran sticks, Tibetan bowls, and more.

After the sound bath had come to an end and Brice concluded the hypnosis session, the Zest AI team returned to their surroundings feeling a renewed sense of peace, tranquility, and self-belief.

Although this session was of course designed to mostly benefit the employees, all of Altha’s corporate wellness sessions also provide companies and organizations with multiple benefits.
