The Altha Experience
Our signature Altha experience provides a multisensorial and fully immersive sound meditation experience for optimal healing and rejuvenation. The experience is catered to each specific client depending on their goals – whether it be relaxation, stress-release, creativity enhancement, or something else. We begin each experience by cleansing the space with your choice of copal incense (our favorite), palo santo, or sage.
We then begin the healing session with a wide variety of instruments that include gongs, alchemy & crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drums, rain sticks, shakers, hand drums, water & earth chimes, flow chimes and more.
The process is simple: you slow your breath, connect with your inner world, immerse yourself in the healing sounds of the instruments, and then enjoy the benefits as you return to daily life.

Originating back to Ancient Mayan times, this sound healing-infused herbal cleansing ceremony (or limpia) is an energetic and spiritual cleansing using eggs, various rare herbs, copal incense, water, and more. This ceremony serves to remove evil eye, eliminate fear, cleanse the spirit and infuse self-love.
Animal Sound Healing
Did you know sound healing is not just for humans? As the Altha origin story began with our founder’s journey to help heal her dog, we are thrilled to offer the benefits of sound healing to all of our four-legged friends. Sound medicine for animals can help de-stress pets who suffer from anxiety which in turn helps to ease many common behavioral issues such as aggression and restlessness. As animals serve as our mirror and they reflect whatever we have going on internally, our pet-geared sound healing experiences are designed to provide relaxation to both you and your animal best friend while giving you daily tools you can use with your pet. We currently offer 1-on-1 animal sound baths, group animal sound bath parties, animal communication classes, and animal tapping classes.
