What is a Sound Bath

A sound bath is an immersive sound experience. It is called a bath because the sound waves wash over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. The harmonics and frequencies from various instruments effortlessly lull your mind into a deep meditative state, while the healing vibrations revitalize your body. The process is simple: you slow your breath, connect with your inner world, immerse yourself in the healing sounds of the instruments, and then enjoy the benefits as you return to daily life.

Choice of 45-, 60-, or 90-minute sound bath.

Each Altha Sound Bath Features:

• 1 certified sound healers for every 10 guests

• Energetic cleansing of the area with Sage or Palo Santo or Copal
  (copal is only available for outdoor experiences)

• Explanation / Introduction to Sound Healing

Originating back to Ancient Mayan times, this sound healing-infused herbal cleansing ceremony (or limpia) is an energetic and spiritual cleansing using eggs, various rare herbs, copal incense, water, and more. This ceremony serves to remove evil eye, eliminate fear, cleanse the spirit and infuse self-love.

Tapping

Also knows as EFT, tapping is a healing technique that helps to eliminate negative thoughts and emotions through tapping on one's body while being led through a series of repeated phrases designed specifically for your group's healing goals.

Breathwork

Breathwork consists of various breathing practices where we consciously manipulate our breathing pattern for a desired outcome, whether that be relaxation, release, or energy activation.

Reiki Healing

This Japanese form of energy healing allows for optimal emotional and/or physical healing for your group through the transfer of energy by expert practitioners.

Healy Frequency Therapy

Healy is a portable device that uses micro current frequency (IMF) programs that boost health, vitality, and well-being (and yes, it's for pets too!). The Healy analyzes your current frequencies and vibrations and then recommends ideal programs for you. (Note: can only be used on 1 individual/session).

Water Activation

The water activation consists of a beautiful water altar that is created to honor the true nature of water and provide guests with a unique experience in learning about the connection between our words and intentions and the molecular structure of water. Created with water from Mt. Shasta (one of the most pristine water on earth) and infused with high vibrational sound frequencies through the singing bowls, this water activation adds a memorable and innovative touch to any wellness event.

A Mayan cacao ritual can provide your group with a meaningful connection experience through this celebratory ritual that opens the heart through the act of drinking cacao.

24K Gold Ear Seeds

A less-invasive form of acupuncture, gold ear seeds make a truly special addition to any wellness event. Not only are they beautiful but they are very effective, these 24k gold plated magnets keep the blood circulating by sending signals through the pressure points of the ears to the reflex centers of the brain. The brain then sends the proper signals and chemicals to the rest of the body to balance out ailments that have your body in disharmony. These innovative ear seeds also aid in the sound healing experience as gold amplifies sound waves.

Did you know sound healing is not just for humans? As the Altha origin story began with our founder’s journey to help heal her dog, we are thrilled to offer the benefits of sound healing to all of our four-legged friends. Sound medicine for animals can help de-stress pets who suffer from anxiety which in turn helps to ease many common behavioral issues such as aggression and restlessness. As animals serve as our mirror and they reflect whatever we have going on internally, our pet-geared sound healing experiences are designed to provide relaxation to both you and your animal best friend while giving you daily tools you can use with your pet. All of our pet-oriented sound baths we begin with a grounding meditation combined with singing bowls, ocean drums, and chimes.

The Altha eye mask will allow guests to go even deeper into your sound healing and movement meditation sessions. The luxurious silk / satin fabric is naturally cool to the touch, while being comfortably breathable. Please note that the 100% silk option does not come with a case, but the satin option will include a matching carrying case. Eye masks can be branded with your company logo upon request and comes in multiple colors.
