In mid-July of 2022 we had the honor and privilege of hosting eight incredible guests at the first ever Altha retreat in beautiful desert of Joshua Tree.

Although we at Altha love our small and more intimate sound healing sessions, we always celebrate any opportunity to take our wellness experiences to the next level. With a background in luxury event planning, curating bespoke one-of-a-kind wellness experiences is one of our great passions.

On a warm summer afternoon in Beverly Hills, Global Wellness Day at the Four Seasons commenced to celebrate healthy habits and the joy of living well. The day ahead would include various wellness experiences such as yoga, spa treatments, healthy vegan meals, and a signature Altha Hypno-Sound Bath™.

We recently got the opportunity to host a Hypno-Sound Bath for the artificial intelligence finance firm Zest AI. Our goal was to not only provide an afternoon of relaxation and well-deserved tranquility to each team member, but also to help them become the most confident and productive versions of themselves.
